We are looking for an HVAC Supervisor. Ideally based in Sala Al Jadida, this strategic role places you at the heart of operational performance and technical excellence. As a pillar of our team, your main mission will be to ensure the proper functioning, maintenance, and optimization of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, thereby actively contributing to an optimal working environment and the longevity of our facilities.

Your objectives will be multiple and focused on achieving high standards. This will involve rigorously supervising all operations related to HVAC installations, ensuring effective preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime, and managing technical teams in the execution of their daily tasks. You will play a crucial role in monitoring budgets allocated to maintenance and system improvements, while ensuring strict compliance with current safety and environmental standards. Your actions will aim to increase the energy performance of our equipment and anticipate future needs for HVAC infrastructure.

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will be varied and essential for the smooth operation of the company. You will be in charge of:

• Coordinating and supervising the interventions of HVAC technicians for both preventive and corrective maintenance.


• Planning and monitoring maintenance operations for HVAC equipment (air conditioning, ventilation, heating, air treatment).


• Diagnosing breakdowns and defining appropriate technical solutions.


• Managing stocks of spare parts and necessary supplies.


• Ensuring compliance with intervention schedules and deadlines.


• Ensuring that installations comply with safety and environmental standards.


• Participating in the development and monitoring of maintenance budgets.


• Writing activity reports and intervention summaries.


• Proposing technical improvements to optimize system performance and energy consumption.


• Participating in the training and skill development of team members.


• Directly intervening in complex troubleshooting when necessary.

To excel in this role, a solid academic background is required. The company is looking for someone with at least a Bac +2 level diploma. Specialized training in the field of Air Conditioning is particularly sought after, as it forms a fundamental basis for understanding the complexity of modern HVAC systems. This initial training should have provided you with the essential theoretical and practical knowledge to understand the operation of electrical circuits, power and control components, as well as the principles of electrical diagnosis and troubleshooting.

Significant professional experience is a major asset for this position. We favor candidates who have accumulated between 5 and 10 years of significant experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in an industrial environment. This experience should have allowed you to develop advanced technical expertise, the ability to manage teams, plan complex interventions, and solve various technical problems within sometimes tight deadlines. Your professional background should demonstrate your autonomy, your sense of responsibility, and your ability to adapt to different types of HVAC installations and equipment.

To successfully carry out the assigned missions, a set of technical and behavioral skills is essential. You must have a thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, including the principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and electricity. Proficiency in specific diagnostic and measurement tools is also expected. The ability to read and interpret electrical and technical diagrams is fundamental. On a managerial level, your natural leadership, organizational skills, and ability to communicate effectively with your teams and management will be valuable assets. Good stress resistance and the ability to work under pressure, especially during technical emergencies, are also expected. Problem-solving skills, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility will complete your profile.
