Attijariwafa bank, the leading banking group in the Maghreb and a key financial player in Africa, is recruiting for the Group Human Capital Directorate a Sourcing Analyst, to strengthen the recruitment dynamic and support the development of the Group's talent pool.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and qualifying the best talents in line with business needs, feeding the candidate pool, and optimizing the time-to-hire:
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners & business managers to optimize recruitment processes,
- Prepare and distribute job postings on various channels (job boards, social networks, referrals, schools, internal pools, etc.),
- Identify, approach, and qualify the best talents in line with business needs,
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to validate key criteria,
- Update and track applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System),
- Ensure regular reporting and contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing,
- Actively search for scarce profiles and build specialized talent pools.
