Your main tasks will include carrying out a variety of technical jobs. You will be responsible for the in-depth diagnosis of malfunctions in home appliances, whether they are small or large appliances, as well as associated heating and air conditioning systems. Repairing faulty components, replacing worn-out parts, and installing new equipment will be an integral part of your daily work. You will also be responsible for carrying out post-intervention conformity and safety checks. Inventory management of spare parts and diligent record-keeping of intervention reports, including technical documentation and customer feedback, are also expected. A significant part of your activity will be dedicated to customer relations, where you will provide advice and explanations on the interventions carried out.

To be considered for this position, a 2-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2) is essential. The preferred specialization is in Electricity, which demonstrates your deep understanding of electrical circuits and control systems. This technical knowledge base is fundamental for grasping the complexity of modern appliances and ensuring quality interventions.

Professional experience of 1 to 3 years is sought. This period should have allowed you to develop significant independence in managing interventions and practical knowledge of the various issues encountered in the field. Successful experience in similar roles, focused on the repair and maintenance of home appliances, will be a major asset.

Technical skills are paramount for success in this role. Solid mastery of electrical and electronic principles applied to home appliances is expected. The ability to perform accurate diagnostics, interpret electrical diagrams, and use specific measuring tools is essential.
