Job :
We are recruiting for one of our clients, a well-known chocolatier, a Store Manager.
Main tasks:
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure quality service
- Welcome and advise customers with expertise and professionalism
- Manage stock, orders, deliveries, and sales follow-up
- Organize and showcase the store and products (merchandising and window displays)
- Participate in sales activities
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards specific to the chocolatier
- Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and partners
- Contribute to customer loyalty and promote the brand's image
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in commerce, sales, or equivalent
- Proven experience in managing a store or retail business, ideally in the gastronomic or luxury sector
- Leadership, organizational skills, and a flair for business
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
