Job :
Within the Human Resources department, your main mission is to support managers and employees in the field, within a scope that will be defined for you, to advise them best, explain and give meaning to HR decisions and processes while being the guarantor of their operational deployment.
The position reports functionally to the Group HR Director.
Missions:
• Respond to operational requests on all HR topics
• Coordinate all activities related to HR projects;
• Supervise personnel management
• Ensure regular HR reporting and submit it to the human resources department;
• Determine and analyze HR-related risks,
• Ensure the application of HR procedures by operational staff in accordance with the quality management system;
• Ensure the implementation of HR monitoring tools.
• Explain and ensure the application by operational staff of all HR procedures;
• Lead the company's HR projects in accordance with HR strategy;
Required profile :
• Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) in Human Resources Management;
• Good command of labor law;
• Proven experience in a similar role and ideally in the industrial sector
• Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive;
• Good level of French, both spoken and written.
• English is a plus
