Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the ambassador of the CHOCODIVA Chocolatier brand while being the main and privileged point of contact for the client regarding advice and sales of CHOCODIVA products.





Within the Boutique, your main role will be to best welcome particularly demanding customers and provide them with high-quality advice, tailored to their needs.




It is your responsibility to ensure the good condition and smooth running of the boutique, as image is paramount in luxury.





Responsibilities:





  • Develop in-store sales through innovative strategies.

  • Process and manage orders with precision and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the team to create magnificent chocolate compositions.

  • Manage and optimize Chocodiva's presence on social media.

  • Maintain and develop customer relationships.


Required profile :

Higher education degree (Bac+2/3 minimum). You also have at least 3 years of successful experience in retail and in-store sales, ideally in the luxury sector.




Excellent communication and customer service skills.




Strong sense of teamwork


When faced with particularly informed and demanding customers, you must be able to argue your points and adapt your speech to each individual. Your presentation must be impeccable, as must your manner of speaking. Fluency in French is essential.
