Job : As part of its business development, LOCAMED is recruiting a Counter Manager for its sales point based in Tetouan.
Reporting to the commercial management, your main mission will be to manage the counter's activities and ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales and team management.
Main missions:
- Manage and lead counter sales while ensuring quality customer service.
- Advise clients on medical products suited to their needs.
- Supervise stock management, supplies, and inventory.
- Ensure complete processing of orders, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Manage complaints, returns, and refunds with a constant focus on customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate actions with other departments.
- Analyze sales and propose actions to improve performance.
- Supervise and support counter staff.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and represent the company at professional events.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions.
Required profile :
To succeed in this role, you need to demonstrate the following skills and qualities:
- Training in commerce, management, or the medical field (BTS, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent).
- A minimum experience of 5 years in counter sales, commercial management, or in a medical/paramedical environment.
- Good knowledge of medical products and their regulations.
- Proficiency in commercial management tools (invoicing, stocks, orders).
- Comfort with computer tools (ERP, Excel, cash register software).
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
- Excellent customer service and listening skills.
- Rigor, organization, and reactivity in daily management.
