Job :
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Advising and assisting clients during the purchase process,
• Providing after-sales service to clients,
• Providing regular reporting,
• Conducting diligent sector prospecting,
• Developing and retaining the client portfolio,
• Identifying market changes and new commercial targets to prospect.
Required profile :
• Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Management, you have proven experience in the marketing of real estate properties;
• You know the real estate market in the area of influence;
• You master sales techniques and financial management of mortgage files;
• You have excellent interpersonal skills;
• A good communicator, persuasive, and integrous, you have a strong taste for sales and achieving significant commercial objectives;
• Experience in direct sales is an asset (Sector: Automotive / Real Estate).
