This involves meticulously implementing and monitoring quality control procedures at each stage of the manufacturing and installation process, from the reception of materials to the final on-site validation. Your role will be crucial in minimizing non-conformities, optimizing processes, and ensuring total customer satisfaction by delivering structures that meet the strictest standards and highest expectations. You will be a pillar in promoting a quality culture across all stakeholders.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Controlling raw materials & finished products (dimensions, tolerances, appearance).


• Identifying and tracking non-conformities.


• Verifying the conformity of manufacturing processes.


• Ensuring traceability and preparing quality reports.


• Participating in audits and proposing improvement actions.

To excel in this role, a solid academic background is essential. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3). Your university or professional background should be focused on recognized specializations in the fields of Works, Construction Sites, or Civil Engineering. Whether through a professional bachelor's degree, a BTS, or an equivalent qualification focused on construction, civil engineering, or building quality, your education will have equipped you with the fundamental technical knowledge needed to understand the challenges of the position.

Your professional background demonstrates proven expertise in quality management, ideally gained within the construction or civil engineering sector. Significant experience, ranging from 5 to 10 years, is required for this position. This period will have allowed you to develop a deep understanding of quality control processes on construction sites and in workshops, with a particular focus on facade systems, specifically prefabricated facades made of Fiber Reinforced Concrete, Polymer Concrete, or other composite materials (GRC - Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete). Proficiency in current construction standards and regulations is a major asset.

Beyond your education and experience, certain key skills are essential to thrive in this function. In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and the specifics of prefabricated facades is crucial. You possess excellent command of quality control tools and methods, as well as a proven ability to interpret technical drawings and execution documents.
