Job :
We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our industrial partners in the city of Beni Mellal, a Senior Management Controller to strengthen the financial team and drive the company's economic performance.
Main tasks:
Development, monitoring, and analysis of annual and forecast budgets.
Implementation and optimization of steering tools: dashboards, KPIs, performance indicators.
Analysis of variances (actual vs. budget) and proposal of corrective actions.
Participation in the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes.
Control and optimization of production costs.
Preparation of monthly reports for senior management.
Contribution to monthly and annual closings in coordination with accounting.
Participation in the financial evaluation of investment projects.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management Control, Finance, or equivalent.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis tools.
- Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Sage...) is a plus.
- Rigor, strong analytical skills, and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to propose solutions and challenge operational staff.
