As a Credit Support Advisor, your main tasks will be to:
-Handle outbound calls: Contact individuals who have received a pre-approval for their credit.
-Support clients in finalizing their online credit application: Explain the remaining steps and guide them to complete the necessary information.
-Verify and collect documents: Ensure that clients provide all the required documents to finalize their file.
-Answer client questions: Clarify any questions or concerns regarding the credit application process.
-Follow up on files: Track ongoing applications and ensure each client finalizes their application within the given deadlines.
-Contribute to customer satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience from pre-approval to credit validation.
