Context of the mission:

Within Bouygues Telecom's Operations and Deployment Department (DED), you will join the BTECHNOLOGIE teams in the Transport & FTTX Deployment (DTX) department as an Activity Manager to oversee all FTTA and Transport deployment projects.

You will work on strategic projects at the heart of telecommunications infrastructure evolution, in a dynamic, innovative, and fast-growing environment.

Your scope includes:

• Operational management of FTTA deployments (project management, cross-functional coordination of internal and external entities: MMO, equipment suppliers, consulting, etc.) and Transport (IP/WDM/VDR FLK).


• Proposing optimizations for deployment deadlines, methods, and processes.


• Project management for FTTA deployments (Collection Cabling & Consulting).


• Management of connection factories (FLK) to ensure network link availability.

Your Missions:

• Participate in the recruitment, animation, and support of the team (in coordination with operational teams in France, Horizon HR, and the local manager).


• Ensure internal organization, skill development, and expertise growth of employees.


• Implement the management strategy from France within your teams and ensure its execution.


• Be responsible for the successful completion of operational activities and the achievement of set objectives.


• Ensure the quality of deliverables produced by your team.


• Manage reporting to management in Morocco and your counterparts in France.


• Maintain cross-functional relationships with DTX entities, as well as with DORSI, DTE, DSI departments within Horizon.


• Lead continuous improvement actions and associated technical plans with the teams in France.

Education & Experience:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Telecommunications, Networks, or a related field.


• Proven experience in team management and complex technical project leadership.


• Strong organizational skills, a solid professional demeanor, and a sense of responsibility.

Primary Technical Skills:

• Very good knowledge of fixed network infrastructure, especially FTTA, and active equipment (IP / WDM).


• Mastery of network infrastructure deployment processes.


• Solid experience in team management in a demanding technical context.
