Job :
We are recruiting a Junior Litigation Lawyer. Your main tasks are:
- Coordinate with external lawyers and insurers to defend the company's interests in legal disputes.
- Ensure the follow-up of legal proceedings, analyze risks, and implement appropriate defense strategies.
- Follow pre-litigation and litigation cases.
Required profile :
Training and Experience:
Graduated with a BAC +3 minimum in law with experience: Minimum 3 years as a corporate lawyer, with expertise in legal advice and litigation procedures. Experience in a law firm would be an asset.
Essential technical skills:
Mastery of disciplines related to civil and criminal procedure and real estate law.
Excellent writing skills (Arabic, French).
Analytical and synthesis skills.
