Job :
As part of the development of our business and to improve customer service quality, we are recruiting a Store Manager.
As a Manager, you will play a strategic role in commercial growth and development.
Your main tasks will be:
Ensure the overall management, guidance, and monitoring of the store in terms of sales, finances, and stock management
Contribute to the commercial development of the store by building customer loyalty and attracting new customers
Propose marketing actions to promote the brand and the store
Ensure that set goals are met
Ensure and oversee the application of good hygiene and safety practices
Lead, manage, and supervise your teams
Propose and implement a training plan for your teams and ensure its evaluation and continuous improvement
Required profile :
You are a graduate of a top business or management school with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
You have a strong sense of customer service development
You are known for your organization, responsiveness, adaptability, and flexibility
You are passionate about luxury gastronomy and understand the high standards of customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
English is a plus.
