GENERAL MISSION:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Development of the oilseed sector:
- Proposes to the board of directors the organization and means necessary to achieve the program contract objectives
- Collaborates with the Ministry of Agriculture in the development of the oilseed program contract
- Contributes to the operation of the regional technical center
2. Sector Animation:
- Manages teams.
- Defines the roadmap for technical agents.
- Supervises the activities of agents.
3. Administrative and commercial management:
- Prepares board meetings and ensures their secretariat
- Guarantees the good accounting management of the sector.
- Ensures the purchase of agricultural inputs, seeds from farmers, and service provision
- Ensures the marketing of collected seeds and invoicing of services to farmers
4. Institutional relations:
- Represents the sector in various bodies and committees
- Develops partnerships with suppliers, distributors, and other institutional stakeholders (UM6P, banks, agricultural cooperatives, etc.), capacity to collect funding for the sector's activities.
5. Innovation:
- Participates in experimentation programs (new varieties, trial monitoring, straw valorization, etc.)
- Collaborates with research institutes and agricultural schools
- Develops the development strategy for the Moroccan oilseed sector in accordance with the program contract
- Ensures complete management of the activity
- Represents the sector to institutional stakeholders
- Guarantees the development and implementation of the program contract with the Moroccan State
Required profile :
- Master's degree / Agronomist engineer preferred or business school.
- minimum 5 years in agricultural fields (agro-supply, agricultural production, marketing of agricultural products)
