Job :
Assigned to the logistics department, your role is to manage daily orders and ensure the supply of stores and warehouses based on forecasts and available stocks.
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
Order Management:
• Validate the order proposals generated by demand planning and modify if necessary.
• Analyze the quality of forecasts for your category in collaboration with the demand planner.
• Respond to the direct needs of stores and provide operational support on product availability.
• Ensure follow-up before and during events. Stock Monitoring:
• Monitor stock levels in real-time using management tools and provide teams with reports.
• Avoid stockouts while minimizing overstocking, especially for perishable products.
• Propose solutions to optimize supply processes and reduce costs.
• Participate in projects to improve stock management tools and methods.
Supplier Coordination:
• Ensure delivery follow-up.
• Assist the manager in negotiating returns.
• Manage order-related disputes.
Reporting:
• Prepare and monitor performance indicators for your area.
Required profile :
With a Bac+5 degree in supply chain, you have a first experience in which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to analyze sales data and establish supply forecasts.
- Ability to monitor the performance (reporting) of the activity in your area and track indicators.
