Reporting to the Purchasing department, your mission is to ensure the management of goods flow, from purchasing from suppliers to distribution in stores. Guarantee product availability while optimizing inventory and respecting quality and deadline constraints.

To do this, your areas of responsibility are:

Order Management:
• Analyze order proposals and modify them if necessary.
• Supervise orders and commitments from validation to goods delivery.
• Identify the causes of delivery delays.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and delivery.
• Implement corrective actions in case of anomalies (expiration dates or others).
Store Support:
• Validate and process store complaints.
• Identify products with issues and propose action plans.
Supplier Coordination:
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure regular and reliable supply.
• Negotiate return clauses (goods) with suppliers.
Performance Management:
• Monitor activity indicators and propose areas for improvement.
• Prepare reporting and present it during meetings.
 

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics or international trade, you have 4 years of experience in which you have developed the following skills:

• Knowledge of the specificities of food products.


• Proficiency in inventory management tools and purchasing software (ERP, WMS).


• Ability to manage the performance of your scope.
