IT Talent Acquisition Sourcer | Rabat (Morocco)

Job :

  • Identify profiles to recruit through meetings with Hiring Managers and Recruiters

  • Perform an accurate profiling of the profiles to be recruited

  • Post job ads on all specialized job boards

  • Conduct talent searches through LinkedIn search and other platforms

  • Develop new sourcing methods

  • Ensure the creation and expansion of an active database of qualified candidates

  • Be a partner to recruitment officers in the search, identification, and qualification of profiles
