Job :
As part of strengthening its field sales teams, Centrale Danone is recruiting Sales Developers to support the development of its activities.
Reporting to the sales team, you will work on a defined route and actively contribute to sales performance and customer relationship quality.
Missions
As a Sales Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the development of commercial activity on your assigned route
- Guaranteeing a regular and professional presence at points of sale
- Implementing planned sales and merchandising actions
- Ensuring daily monitoring of activity and associated indicators
- Developing and maintaining a lasting and trusting relationship with customers
- Prospecting new customers and contributing to expanding the portfolio
- Applying internal procedures and respecting safety rules
- Ensuring the proper use and preservation of provided equipment
- Relaying field information and participating in continuous improvement
- Representing the company in the field and conveying a professional and positive image
Required profile :
Education & Experience
- Minimum of a 2-year degree (Bac+2)
- Successful experience of at least 1 year in field sales or pre-sales

- Good commercial sense and ease in relating to others
- Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques
