Job :
Reporting to the General Management, the Information Systems Manager is responsible for the implementation, integration, and maintenance of the company's software, ERP, and operating system hardware. They participate in the deployment of new projects and provide daily support to users.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Install, manage maintenance and upkeep of IT installations
- Protect confidential information transmitted over the network
- Manage user accounts and system access permissions
- Participate in diagnosing system failures, determining causes, and implementing solutions
User Support and Project Management:
- Provide assistance to users and offer training when needed (training, operating procedures, documentation, technical support, ...)
- Propose and implement projects (studies and deployment)
- Ensure the evolution of IT and network systems by following new
Technologies - Manage relationships with IT providers, consultants, internal and external support.
- Ensure compliance with IT rules
- Manage IT, ERP & IS projects
- Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support
- Install and configure servers (DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Be the cybersecurity point of contact for the Business Unit, under the supervision of the Group CISO
- Implement the group's security policy: workstations, networks, accounts, access, backups.
- Identify risks, propose action plans, raise user awareness (yes, again).
- Lead IT activities related to the Manufacturing 4.0 roadmap.
- Contribute to ERP projects: developments, deployments, interconnections with industrial systems.
- Act as a liaison between production, methods, quality, and IT.
- Structure, prioritize, track: planning, risks, dependencies.
- Ensure continuous technological monitoring and seek solutions to improve system performance
- Write and update operating procedures and instructions, and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
Required profile :
You have a degree from a top engineering school specializing in Systems and Networks.
You ideally have at least three years of successful experience as a Systems and Networks Support Engineer.
You have expertise in backup/restore technologies: Veeam, messaging solutions: Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and virtualization platforms: VMware, Hyper-V
You have solid knowledge of communication protocols: switches, routers & various network active equipment including firewalls, load balancers.
You have perfect command of the ITIL standard and project management tools.
You have expertise in network/storage/backup infrastructure.
You are capable of managing professional tools and software such as CAD/CAM & DNC (Catia V5, license management, workstations, interfaces, databases, etc.)
You are rigorous, methodical, and can handle stress?
Proficiency in English is highly required.
