Job :
We are looking for sales advisors to join our team working on a telecom project. This role is essential to ensure an exceptional customer experience and to develop our existing customer base.
Your mission is to:
Propose suitable offers (upsell, renewals, complementary services).
Manage and retain a portfolio of existing customers.
Develop the turnover of the assigned customer base
Ensure follow-up of exchanges and commercial actions in the CRM tool.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, support, etc.)
Required profile :
You have a high school diploma or higher education.
Previous sales or customer relations experience is a plus (but not required)
Perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to persuade and negotiate.
Rigor, seriousness, and commitment.
