The main goal of this position is to ensure the design, development, and optimization of our projects' electrical systems. This involves guaranteeing compliance with current standards, energy performance, installation safety, and client satisfaction. You will be a key player in our company's energy transition and technological innovation, actively participating in the search for increasingly efficient and sustainable solutions. Your role will also include supervising technical teams and managing budgets to successfully complete the various project phases assigned to you.

Your main tasks will include participating in defining the technical specifications of electrical equipment, designing electrical diagrams and layout plans, as well as performing necessary sizing calculations (power, protection, etc.). You will oversee the manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems, while continuously monitoring technology to identify the best market solutions.

Your responsibilities will also cover analyzing installation performance, proposing improvements and optimizations, and managing regulatory and safety aspects related to projects. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordination with various internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors, production teams) and for the project's document management.

To excel in this role, a solid academic background is essential. A Master's degree or higher is required, ideally complemented by an engineering degree. A specialization in electricity is crucial, preferably covering areas such as electrical engineering, power electronics, or automated systems. This theoretical foundation should be supported by a deep understanding of the fundamental principles of electrical engineering and its industrial applications.

We are looking for an individual with significant initial experience of at least 1 to 3 years in a similar role or a related field of electrical engineering. This experience should have been gained in an industrial or project environment. It must have allowed for the development of a practical understanding of the challenges related to the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex electrical systems. Experience in project management or technical team management would be a major asset.

To succeed in this position, certain technical and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and electrical simulation software is expected. In-depth knowledge of electrical standards (national and international) and installation safety is also required.
