Operating in a fast-moving, low-ego environment, the team prioritizes experimentation, ownership, and rapid iteration, with a strong focus on community, creators, and authentic engagement as key growth drivers.

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will be the company’s first marketing hire, owning the function end-to-end with full responsibility for both strategy and execution. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role focused on building the go-to-market motion from scratch, running rapid experiments, and scaling channels that demonstrate real traction.


Reporting directly to the CEO, the role offers significant autonomy over how marketing is tested, executed, and evolved, while aligning closely with defined ICP and positioning. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, values ownership over polish, and enjoys building momentum from zero.


Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content (≈40%)
  • Own and manage primary social channels (X, LinkedIn) and secondary channels (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit).


  • Create and publish written and video content, including product updates, educational content, behind-the-scenes insights, and user stories.


  • Build an authentic presence in relevant communities by participating genuinely—not just broadcasting.


  • Track content performance and iterate weekly based on engagement and traction.


Creator & Influencer Partnerships (≈30%)
  • Design and run experiments with creators across relevant verticals (e.g., no-code tools, startup tools, internal tools).


  • Identify creators aligned with the company’s ICP and target audience.


  • Own outreach, partnership briefs, budgets, and coordination.


  • Build long-term relationships with creators and thought leaders.


  • Measure results and scale partnerships that demonstrate impact.


Marketing Experiments & Analytics (≈20%)
  • Run systematic experiments to identify effective channels, formats, and audiences.


  • Set up tracking and reporting for engagement, clicks, signups, and early conversion signals.


  • Analyze results weekly and document learnings clearly.


  • Propose and launch new experiments based on insights and data.


Community & Outreach (≈10%)
  • Actively participate in relevant communities (Reddit, Slack groups, Discord servers).


  • Conduct light direct outreach to creators, engaged users, and community members.


  • Gather honest feedback on messaging, positioning, and product gaps.


QualificationsExperience
  • Experience with content creation, community engagement, or creator partnerships in tech or startup environments.


  • Exposure to early-stage, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.


  • Experience growing communities or managing creator partnerships is a plus.


Skills & Attributes
  • Strong written communication skills in English.


  • Deep understanding of the builder, no-code, or startup mindset.


  • Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and experimentation.


  • Ability to own both strategy and execution independently.


  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to guide decisions.


  • Clear communicator who raises blockers early and collaborates openly.


  • High integrity, strong ownership mindset, and consistent follow-through.

  • Active and consistent social channels with early audience growth on primary platforms.


  • Two to three creator partnership experiments launched and tracked.


  • Clear understanding of which content formats and topics resonate with the audience.


  • Weekly learnings documented, outlining what to scale or pivot away from.


  • Genuine participation in two to three relevant communities.


  • Strong alignment with leadership on performance, learnings, and next steps.
