Job :
Your main tasks:
Handle and process tickets using dedicated management tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk, GLPI, Freshdesk…)
Manage tickets 'cold and hot' (backlog and real-time flow)
Provide IT support: IP configuration, network troubleshooting, IT assistance, incident resolution
Accurately diagnose incidents and propose suitable solutions
Ensure smooth and professional communication with users
