You will be responsible for the complete management of fuel imports and procurement to the depot,
• Plan, organize, and execute fuel import operations (Diesel, Gasoline); • Prepare, control, and follow up on all contractual documents: o Supply contract, proforma, Letter of Credit (LC) follow-up, bills of lading, invoices, etc. ; • Manage all mandatory customs and regulatory procedures ; • Ensure full control and monitoring of operations via PortNet: o Document submission, Single Administrative Document (SAD), import declarations, payments, and releases ; • Coordinate with freight forwarders, port authorities, and relevant administrations (ANP, Marsa Maroc, customs services...); • Monitor ship arrivals, supervise unloading operations, and ensure the conformity of received volumes ; • Manage and process any disputes related to volumes, deadlines, or documents.
• Establish the procurement schedule taking into account stock levels, forecasts, and storage capacities.
• Coordinate periodic inventories, analyze discrepancies, and ensure data reliability ; • Prepare daily, bi-weekly, and monthly reports
• Identify areas for optimization and propose improvement plans to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs
 

• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, international trade, management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, imports, or supply chain; • Proven experience in the oil sector or an industry with sensitive logistics flows is highly desired; • Very good command of IT tools (ERP / SAP, advanced Excel); • Excellent rigor, precision, and organizational skills; • Ability to manage unforeseen events and urgent situations; • Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, authorities, suppliers, and service providers; • High sense of confidentiality, compliance, and strict adherence to internal procedures.
