Job :
As part of its development, our client is recruiting a Senior Billing Manager to oversee billing and secure revenue for a portfolio of French and international clients, using the NetSuite ERP system.
Reporting to the finance department, you will be involved in the entire billing and financial follow-up process.
Main missions
- Ensure the production, control, and issuance of client invoices in NetSuite
- Verify consistency between quotes, services rendered, and invoicing
- Manage credit notes, adjustments, and billing disputes, in coordination with internal teams
- Manage client debt collection and monitor payments
- Track and analyze revenue and gross margin
- Produce regular financial reports (revenue, margins, payments, payment delays)
- Participate in monthly and annual accounting closings
- Contribute to the improvement and reliability of billing processes
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and billing deadlines
Required profile :
- Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in accounting, finance, or management
- Experience: proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
- Languages: fluent English (regular professional communication)
- Tools: excellent command of Excel and the NetSuite ERP system
- Qualities: rigor, attention to detail, autonomy, analytical skills, and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple files simultaneously
