Reporting to the Finance Business Partner management, your mission is to analyze and monitor the financial and operational performance of your scope. Act as a strategic partner for your internal clients by providing analysis, recommendations, and follow-up to optimize economic results.

To do this, your areas of achievement are:

1/ Performance Analysis:
• Analyze data to provide specific recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze the gaps between objectives and achievements.
• Ensure compliance with the company's accounting and financial standards.
• Monitor management indicators (stock, shrinkage, breakage) to optimize financial performance.
• Participate in budget construction. 2/ Support for Decision Making:
• Provide financial insights to help operational teams achieve their goals.
• Challenge operational staff in implementing action plans. 3/ Meetings:
• Participate in operational committees to present analyses and monitor action plans.
 

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management Control/Finance, you have proven experience of more than 4 years in which you have developed the following skills:

• Ability to manage the performance of your scope.


• Ability to model and analyze complex data.


• Ability to develop budgets, forecasts, and scenarios.


• Ability to analyze costs, margins, and profitability to optimize performance.
