Job :
Reporting to the Product Manager, your tasks will be divided as follows:
Order and reservation management:
- Record and track customer orders in the internal system.
- Check vehicle availability and coordinate reservations with stock.
- Track delivery times and inform customers or the sales representative in charge.
Internal coordination:
- Ensure communication between sales teams, logistics department, after-sales service, and management.
- Ensure the smooth flow of information regarding orders, deliveries, and vehicle assignments.
- Participate in task planning to avoid conflicts or delays.
Vehicle assignment and preparation:
- Organize vehicle assignment to customers according to priorities and availability.
- Prepare administrative files related to vehicles (delivery documents, registration cards, contracts, etc.).
Administrative follow-up and reporting:
- Keep customer and vehicle files up to date.
- Produce regular reports on the status of orders, stock, deliveries, and any issues.
- Identify and report problems that could affect the smooth running of operations.
Support and continuous improvement:
- Respond to requests from sales representatives and customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Propose improvements to procedures to optimize delivery times and service quality.
- Participate in the training and onboarding of new employees on sales administration tools and processes.
