Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations with a strong focus on personalized guest service
• Collaborate with the ownership team in Portugal on pricing, strategy, and performance improvement
• Enhance the property’s online visibility and define a creative social media strategy
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and service in line with Michelin recognition
• Lead, train, and motivate a small, dedicated team
• Support and drive future expansion plans

Profile:
• Proven experience as General Manager or Resident Manager in a boutique or luxury property
• Strong attention to guest experience and detail – essential for a high-end, exclusive riad
• Experience in Michelin-recognized or fine dining–oriented hotels is a strong advantage
• Skilled in digital presence and social media strategy to promote the property
• Fluent in French and English (Portuguese or Spanish a plus)
• Hands-on, creative, and passionate about authentic Moroccan hospitality
