Job : Attached to Management, your main mission is to ensure the organization and administrative management of staff.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
• Managing staff administration (contracts, time management, social and legal obligations) and payroll management.
• Ensuring the company's policy and procedures comply with legal provisions.
• Defining a human resources policy in line with the company's functional requirements: needs analysis, recruitment actions, onboarding follow-up, etc.,
• Gathering training needs from operational staff, defining and implementing the training policy.
• Managing relations with various social and tax organizations,
• Contributing to maintaining a good social climate.
Required profile :
With a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher, you have experience in a similar role.
You are fluent in Arabic and French, you are available, rigorous, and a good listener.
