Join our team and contribute to the administrative and financial management of our English-speaking customers! As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for the following operations:
- Collection management for English-speaking customers, including payment follow-up, reminders and dispute resolution.
- Invoice processing for English-speaking customers, including invoice creation, verification, dispatch and follow-up.
- Management of English-speaking customer accounts, updating information, processing requests, reconciling accounts and resolving anomalies.
- Management of English-speaking supplier accounts, including processing supplier invoices, monitoring payments and resolving discrepancies.
- Work closely with finance teams to ensure smooth communication and effective management of English-speaking customer and supplier relationships.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of management processes and tools.
