Job :
Your main tasks as a Spanish-speaking Service Desk Technician:
- Resolve the client's technical incidents.
- Handle user requests (Calls + Emails).
- Maintain communication between different support levels.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service and respect contractual commitments and the group's security rules.
Required profile :
Education Level: Bac+2/3 (2-3 years of higher education) in IT / Networks.
Work Experience Level: Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
Behavioral Skills: Customer & Service Orientation, Autonomy & ability to manage stress.
Technical Skills:
- General skills in customer relationship management.
- Ability to detect, handle, and resolve Level 1 technical incidents.
- Windows 8 & 10.
- MS Office Suite,
- Outlook.
