Job :
1. Management of social litigation:
- Ensure follow-up of individual and collective disputes;
- Manage lawyers: file preparation, validation of arguments, and procedure monitoring;
- Analyze legal risks and propose amicable or judicial resolution strategies;
2. Legal advice and support:
- Advise management, HR, and managers on all matters relating to social law and labor regulations;
- Secure disciplinary decisions, contract terminations, dismissals, and other personnel management actions;
- Participate in the drafting and updating of internal policies and regulations.
3. Legal monitoring and compliance:
- Ensure legislative and jurisprudential monitoring in labor law and social protection;
- Anticipate regulatory changes and propose adaptation actions;
- Raise awareness and train HR and operational teams on developments in social law.
4. Reporting and coordination:
- Develop dashboards and periodic reports on the monitoring of social litigation;
- Contribute to the preparation of internal audits;
- Collaborate closely with support departments.

· Moroccan labor law and applicable social regulations
· Law of obligations and principles of judicial procedure
· Legal and social environment of micro-finance institutions
· Office software and legal databases
· Analyze, interpret, and apply legislative and regulatory texts
· Complete mastery of the dismissal procedure, legal letters, and reports with rigor and
precision
· Ensure legal monitoring and propose updates in compliance with legal developments
· Advise and support operational managers in handling legal and
disciplinary matters
· Effectively use digital tools and documentary databases for legal research
