We are recruiting our future General Services & Services Buyer.
The position reports to the Purchasing, Supply Chain & Stores Department




The Lead Buyer's mission is to implement the Purchasing strategy and processes for the purchasing families or categories they are responsible for and for which they are experts, in accordance with Azura Group's purchasing policy. They contribute to optimizing Azura's costs, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring product quality.




The Lead Buyer is responsible for meeting the purchasing needs for goods, services, and/or services from prescribers at the best quality/price ratio and within the best deadlines, and for contributing to the improvement of service quality and the company's profitability.





What will your role be?




Your role is to bring real purchasing expertise within the department to which you belong, to support and coordinate buyers (tactical relay buyers) in your category on the most appropriate choices, both in their internal relationships and in relationships with the Group.




You will be responsible for the operational management of General Services & Services purchasing, as well as managing purchasing performance and supplier relationships.




You will work in close collaboration with other members of the Group Purchasing department and prescribers to ensure the efficiency and profitability of purchasing processes. On a daily basis, your tasks will be varied and stimulating.





Operational management of the purchasing portfolio:





  • Gather needs for general purchases (supplies, furniture, maintenance, security, cleaning, etc.).

  • Identify needs for intellectual and service-based services (temporary work, training, catering, etc.).

  • Prepare and conduct calls for tender: draft specifications, analyze offers, negotiate.

  • Select suppliers in conjunction with internal prescribers.

  • Define and implement the purchasing strategy per family/category in coordination with strategic departments.

  • Carry out purchases in compliance with internal procedures and the regulatory framework (e.g., Public Procurement Code).

  • Draft and monitor purchase orders, framework agreements.

  • Monitor supplier performance: quality, costs, deadlines, user satisfaction.

  • Implement continuous improvement actions.

  • Actively contribute to responsible and sustainable purchasing.



Performance and monitoring:





  • Contribute to monitoring the forecast and actual purchasing performance for the categories under your responsibility.

  • Evaluate the financial performance of purchases made and propose improvements.



Supplier Relationship Management:





  • Manage supplier relationships and resolve simple disputes.

  • Evaluate supplier performance in collaboration with prescribers and supplier development teams.


You will work in close collaboration with the various departments of the company to ensure optimal coherence of purchasing processes.
 





Required profile :


What if the talent we are looking for is you?




• You have a Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher, with a specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in a multinational environment.
• You master Source to Pay processes and purchasing techniques: planning, sourcing, calls for tender, negotiation.
• You are familiar with general services and public/private markets, with the ability to manage complex purchasing projects.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can collaborate in a team while being autonomous.
• You are comfortable with IT tools, especially the Office suite and ERP systems.
• You demonstrate rigor, organization, and have a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.
