Job :


Reporting to the Head of the Human Resources Development Department, your responsibilities include:






  • Participating in defining and implementing the training policy in collaboration with the Head of the Human Resources Development Department and the Human Resources Director.


  • Analyzing training needs reported by the managers of the Groupe Smeia entities.


  • Developing the draft of the annual training plan and its related budget, and submitting them for approval by authorized personnel.



  • Monitoring the implementation of the approved training plan.

     



Required profile :


A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) in Human Resources or equivalent.





Experience in a similar role.
