Within the IT Consulting department, to which you will be reporting, you will have the opportunity to work in France and internationally on architecture and expertise activities in the Telco IS domain.



Main activities:
In this role, you will be led to:
• Audit information systems (OSS/BSS) according to best practices (Tmforum, ITIL, etc.)
• Contribute to the definition of information system master plans by applying the TOGAF standard
• Analyze BSS and OSS modules, identify their weaknesses, and propose solutions
• Manage Telco IS transformation projects (budget monitoring, planning, change management, etc.)
• Lead the requirements gathering phase, drafting specifications and RFPs
• Evaluate responses to tenders and negotiate contracts with software vendors and IT solution integrators
• Lead workshops and coordinate different stakeholders (business, IT, partner)
• Take into account Green IT considerations in projects

You ideally have 5 to 10 years of experience in the telecommunications field.
You have successfully participated in the IS transformation of operators:
• Studies and deployments of CRM and 360 view solutions, unified order taking, convergent offers, customer experience, order management, billing … etc.
• Knowledge of IS urbanization guidelines (BSS/OSS coupling, API exchange standardization…)
You have good knowledge of BSS/OSS solutions (Comarch, BSCS, MsDynamic, Zsmart, Oracle Peoplesoft, Salesforce, provisionning ..etc.), UML, BPMN, TOGAF, TMforum standards, and wish to contribute to IT strategic definition projects.
You have contributed to defining the IT strategy of Telecom operators to launch new offers, modernize obsolete IT solutions, improve internal and external customer satisfaction, … .etc.
• You are interested in solving legacy SI issues and wish to join a team of multi-expert consultants who contribute to defining the IT strategy of its clients
• Your autonomy, your analytical and synthesis skills, and your writing and interpersonal skills will be real assets for you
• The international environment in which Sofrecom operates requires perfect mastery of French and English, both written and spoken.
