Electromechanical Engineer - Grand Ceram | Berrechid (Morocco)

Job :

  • Design, supervise, and optimize electromechanical systems (machines, production lines, industrial facilities).

  • Plan and manage preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance operations for equipment.

  • Diagnose complex faults of electrical, mechanical, electronic, or automation origin and propose sustainable solutions.

  • Participate in the installation, commissioning, and technical acceptance of new equipment.

  • Develop and monitor maintenance plans, technical procedures, and associated documentation.

  • Analyze equipment performance (reliability, availability, efficiency) and implement continuous improvement actions.

  • Supervise and train electromechanical technicians and maintenance staff.

  • Ensure compliance with current safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with production, quality, purchasing, and supplier departments to optimize costs and deadlines.

  • Participate in automation, energy optimization, and industrial modernization projects.


Required profile :

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent (recognized Engineering school or university).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial electromechanics, ideally in an industrial or production environment.

  • Strong skills in electromechanical maintenance, automation, fault diagnosis, and equipment commissioning.

  • Essential field experience, with a good command of industrial machines, production lines, and technical installations.

  • Analytical mindset, rigor, leadership, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in maintenance tools (CMMS) and good communication skills.
