Supervise and manage the reservation department
Optimize room occupancy rate and revenue
Manage and track reservations using OPERA
Coordinate with the reception, sales, and revenue management departments
Ensure the quality of customer service and adherence to hotel standards

Proven experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
Mandatory proficiency in OPERA software
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Service-oriented, rigorous, and team spirit
Proficiency in French (English is a plus)
