We are now recruiting Remote Telesales Operatives to conduct outbound B2B calling to Moroccan businesses and onboard them onto the Maroc Pages platform.
This is a commission-only role with very high earning potential for disciplined, consistent callers.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Remote Telesales Operative, you will:
• Make outbound calls to Moroccan businesses (B2B)
• Introduce Maroc Pages and register businesses for a FREE listing
• Upgrade qualified businesses to Boost, Pro, or Enterprise plans
• Work using the company CRM and VOIP dialler
• Accurately log activity, outcomes, and follow-ups
This role suits experienced callers who are comfortable with cold outreach and are motivated by results-based income.
WORKING STRUCTURE
• Call Volume: 70 business calls per day
• Working Days: 22 days per month
• Monthly Calls: Approx. 1,540
• Lead Type: Fully cold B2B
• Sales Cycle: Short (Free listing + optional paid upgrade)
• Location: Fully remote (Morocco-based preferred)
ON-TARGET MONTHLY INCOME (OTI)
MAD 25,460.34 per month

TRIAL PERIOD
Duration: 14 days
Purpose:
• Assess call quality
• Measure conversion potential
• Review CRM accuracy
• Evaluate professionalism & communication
Continuation is based on mutual fit and early performance indicators.
