Reporting to the Drinking Water and Sanitation Department, your missions include:

• Upon request, as part of tenders, contribute to the preparation of technical offer subsets, according to the Director's instructions,


• Collect necessary data for projects, organize and summarize it,


• Set the conditions for the work's execution by carrying out the requested sizing work, using appropriate techniques or software, according to quality standards, while respecting technical norms and deadline and cost constraints,


• Convert technical data (calculation notes, plans, financial estimates, etc.) into data expressed in any other format (client constraints, regulatory requirements, environmental constraints, drawings, etc.),


• Carry out design work for elements or subsets of the structure and/or the requested study, with the required degree of precision and uncertainty depending on the nature of the study (feasibility study, preliminary study, detailed study, etc.),


• Perform project integration work by managing the production of technical deliverables (execution plans, launch plans, site plans, etc.) while optimizing solutions from technical and economic perspectives,


• Prepare notes and reports within the framework of assigned projects,


• Upon request, contribute to the preparation of audit or expertise reports,


• Manage projects administratively (track milestones, track contractual deadlines, prepare reporting),


• Contribute to the administrative monitoring of contracts (tracking deadlines, time spent, billing monitoring, etc.)

• Holder of an Engineering degree in Hydraulics, Rural Engineering, or Civil Engineering


• More than 7 years of experience in a similar field (Drinking water supply, sanitation)
