Within the IT department "Software, Methods and IAM", the "Identity and Access Management" platform wishes to strengthen its development and support capacity within its IGA (Identity Governance Administration) team. The IAM platform is currently organized around 5 functional areas:

• Identity Lifecycle – Creation, deletion, and evolution of all identities, internal and external, human and technical, ...


• Access Lifecycle – Management of identity access and roles


• Authentication – Federation, multi-factor authentication, Password change service


• Certificate management – Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), data encryption


• DevOps Access Rights – Management of Sudo rights on servers

In an Agile product-oriented organization, the mission consists of:

• Evolving IGA services by participating in the design (including understanding the need) and implementation phases. Developments will aim to evolve the identity management solution, access re-certifications, API implementation, etc.


• Participating in resolving daily incidents and problems as part of continuous improvement

On a daily basis, in collaboration with other team members, the activities include:

• Designing and developing IAM solutions based on Sailpoint IIQ


• Configuring and customizing Sailpoint IIQ modules to meet business needs


• Implementing and using Michelin developer tools, methods, and practices around version control, code review, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, automated testing, documentation, ...


• Integrating Sailpoint IIQ with other enterprise systems and applications


• Ensuring the maintenance and support of other existing IAM solutions


• Collaborating with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure effective identity management


• Writing and maintaining technical documentation and user guides


• Patching and maintaining the solution in evergreen mode


• Implementing, evolving, and monitoring the solution


• Resolving incidents, analyzing root causes of incidents, and providing long-term fixes
