Join a major player in the restaurant industry as a Restaurant Manager (M/F)!
A leading company, operating in the restaurant sector with a rapidly growing network, is looking for its future Restaurant Manager to support the strategic development of its activities on a national scale.
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring and maintaining the mindset, service quality, and product quality;
Developing turnover;
Improving gross operating profit;
Creating, developing, and elaborating new concepts.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor and carry out new restaurant projects (establishing plans, recruiting staff, site supervision, up to the operational launch of the new site...);
- Prepare departmental budgets;
- Supervise and guide the Franchise Development Manager in their choices of locations and franchisees;
- Organize and carry out staff training;
- Monitor industry trends and new developments in the sector;
- Attend the monthly review meeting with activity managers in the presence of the CEO.
You will also be an important player in creating a positive and stimulating work environment.
Required profile :
Education and experience:
- Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac +4) or equivalent minimum, ideally with a specialization in Hospitality/Restaurant Management. Solid training in management would be an additional asset.
- We are looking for a candidate with significant experience of 10 to 20 years in the restaurant field, ideally in a demanding and dynamic environment. You must have demonstrated your ability to manage teams, optimize operational processes, and achieve ambitious goals.

Communication and interpersonal relations.
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Proficiency in computer tools.
