Foundever is hiring B2B Advisors for a premium international project dedicated to the business clients of Nespresso Canada.
You will work in a structured and international environment, with strong support and tools to ensure a quality customer experience.
Working Hours (clarified from the start)
The project operates within a time range of 12:00 PM to 4:00 AM (maximum).
Advisors work in pre-planned shifts and do not cover the entire time range.

Responsibilities
In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:
• Support and advise Nespresso Canada's B2B business clients
• Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions
• Develop B2B sales through a consultative sales approach
• Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Guarantee compliance with quality standards and brand image
• Use CRM tools and follow internal procedures
Required profile :
• Customer service and/or B2B sales experience desired
• Motivated junior profiles with good commercial sense are encouraged to apply
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Good level of English required
• Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Results-oriented and commercial mindset
• Comfortable with CRM tools and structured environments
• Ability to work in a demanding international context
• Availability required during the 12:00 PM - 4:00 AM time range (scheduled shifts)
