Role Overview: The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions in our Morocco office including onboarding, employee support, compliance, and payroll coordination.
While recruitment will be managed by the HQ team , the HR Officer will support local onboarding and ensure legal and operational compliance in accordance with Moroccan labor laws.
Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Administration Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure proper documentation.
Handle contract preparation, CNSS/AMO registrations, and administrative follow-ups.
Track working hours, attendance, and leave.
Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the local payroll provider to ensure accurate monthly salary processing.
Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws and social declarations (CNSS, AMO, etc.
). Onboarding Support Coordinate with HQ to support the onboarding of new hires in Morocco.
Organize local onboarding logistics: workstations, office access, welcome materials.
Deliver HR induction sessions and share relevant local policies and procedures.
Assist new employees with required paperwork and integration into the local office.
Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as the main point of contact for all Morocco-based employees for HR-related inquiries.
Foster a positive work culture and promote employee well-being.
Support internal communications, team activities, and engagement initiatives.
Policy & Compliance Apply company policies locally and ensure alignment with labor law requirements.
Keep records and processes audit-ready.
Provide HR-related reporting and updates to the regional HR team.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role within Morocco.
Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law, CNSS, and social regulations.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic (spoken and written).
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, with a problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
