We are looking for an "Head of Electricity Unit" profile with over 10 years of experience in the field of HT/MT/BT electricity distribution with good experience in team management.

Main missions:

• Ensure the control and monitoring of investments, ensuring compliance with the SRM-CS contractual commitments;


• Examine and study annual investment budgets and multi-year investment plans;


• Control the execution of projects and investments through site visits and validate the periodic reports of these visits;


• Examine tender files and assist in the market awarding process;


• Monitor the evolution of contractual assumptions, in terms of investments;


• Prepare and launch technical audits, and monitor their execution;


• Ensure the monitoring of technical performance, ensuring compliance with contractual objectives;


• Examine the annual activity report of the SRM-CS;


• Control the improvement of network management and operation;


• Prepare activity reports and technical notes;


• Monitor the evolution of techniques, technologies, standards, and regulations;


• Ensure team management and validation of deliverables.
   

Required training and skills:

• State Engineer diploma (Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.


• Significant experience (over 10 years) in electricity distribution or related activities, particularly those involving electrical works.


• Good knowledge of tools and software related to the field of Electricity.


• Good command of project management techniques.
