Are you passionate about solving problems and have a great ability to help others? We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play an essential role in providing quality technical support to our clients.



Your main tasks will include:



  • Answering phone calls, emails, and incoming support tickets.
  • Identifying and diagnosing technical problems faced by clients.
  • Providing clear solutions and instructions to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to solve complex problems.
  • Tracking and updating support tickets to ensure accurate follow-up.
  • Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by offering friendly and professional service.
  • Contributing to documentation and the knowledge base to facilitate future support.
  • Participating in training to stay informed about new technologies and products.


Required profile :

Profile sought:



  • Perfect command of German and good command of English.
  • Previous experience in a technical support, customer service, or help desk role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of common operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and proactively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
