Job :
Reporting to the Director of the Legal and Governance Department, the role will be responsible for the legal and contractual aspects, including the following tasks:
• Legal monitoring related to practical legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential, and doctrinal aspects linked to the Tourism Branch's activity;
• Drafting standard documents and deeds for the daily activities of the Tourism Branch, in collaboration with the relevant entities;
• Legal advice and assistance, particularly in reviewing, negotiating, drafting, and validating agreements and any binding documents;
• Providing legal expertise to the Company's various structures and drafting opinions and recommendations on legal engineering issues;
• Completing legal formalities and archiving documentation related to legal acts, where applicable.
Required profile :
• Strong skills in drafting, legal monitoring, legal risk analysis, and developing recommendations under supervision;
• Ability to listen, analyze, and synthesize;
• Excellent oral and written communication in Arabic, French, and English.
• Knowledge of administrative formalities and legal obligations of companies;
• Rigor in analyzing, reviewing, and drafting contracts and standard legal documents;
• Organizational skills and the ability to methodically follow up on legal cases.
• Knowledge of the main laws and regulations applicable to companies (company law, commercial law, civil law, regulatory law, compliance);
• Autonomy and ability to seek advice and supervision when necessary;
• Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various internal teams and external service providers;
• Ability to integrate and adapt within teams;
• Proficiency in the Office Suite and ability to use monitoring and reporting tools.
