We are looking for an Assistant Spa Manager passionate about luxury and wellbeing.

The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Director of Wellness & Leisure in overseeing daily Spa operations and ensures the delivery of an exceptional wellness experience, fully aligned with Mandarin Oriental’s luxury service standards.

The Assistant Spa Manager will be responsible for:

• Support the Director of Wellness & Leisure in the day-to-day management of Spa operations

  
  



• Supervise the Spa team in the absence of the Director of Wellness & Leisure

  
  



• Ensure a warm, personalised and professional guest experience

  
  



• Assist with staff scheduling, reservations management and revenue optimisation

  
  



• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and service quality

  
  



• Support training, coaching and engagement of the Spa team

  
  



• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and discretion

  
  



• Contribute to the development of Spa promotions, packages and commercial initiatives

  
  



• Monitor stock levels, purchasing and inventory control

  
  



• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations

  
  

What we are look for:

• Previous experience in a similar role or Spa supervisory position

  
  



• Background in Wellness, Beauty Therapy, Hospitality or Management

  
  



• Strong leadership and organisational skills

  
  



• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills

  
  



• Fluency in Arabic (Darija), French and English (additional languages are an advantage)

  
  



• Comfortable using Spa booking systems and operational software

  
  



• Passion for luxury hospitality and wellness
