Job :
As part of strengthening its teams, our client, a major player in the industrial aquaculture farms sector, is recruiting a Site Manager for its unit based in Nador.
Main tasks:
• Ensure the overall management of the production site (operations, performance, quality, safety, and environment)
• Lead technical and operational teams and ensure a healthy social climate
• Implement and monitor performance indicators (production, costs, yield, quality)
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and regulatory requirements
• Optimize industrial processes and contribute to continuous improvement
• Coordinate with general management on the implementation of the site's strategy
Required profile :
Profile sought:
• Industrial Engineer or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in industrial site management
• Experience in the aquaculture sector is a major asset; otherwise, solid experience in the agri-food sector is highly appreciated
• Strong skills in team management and operational leadership
• Sense of organization, leadership, rigor, and results-oriented
