Operations Project Management Officer

As part of our recruitment activities, we are looking to hire an Operations Project Management Officer.

The person hired will have the following missions:

1. Deploy the regulatory framework for the Operations PMO function (Policy, Operational Procedures, );
2. Standardize the project management process across all departments of the Operations Directorate;
3. Deploy a project management toolkit for the Operations Directorate (Methodological Guide, Tools and Software .);
4. Change management and methodological support to project managers on different milestones (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Closing);
5. Operational monitoring of the project portfolio (KPI, Budget, Planning, Risks, );
6. Lead and relay reporting to departments, the COO, and the "Operations Committee".

Profile Sought:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role (PMO or Project Management);
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies;
• Proficiency in project management software;
• Good command of support processes;
• Good writing skills;
• English
• Adaptability in a complex/matrix environment
